Accesibile
De vreo 2 zile ma tot uit la aceste ghete, insa nu-mi dau seama cum se pastreaza acea blanita exterioara in timp. Sunt foate frumoase, imi plac mult, dar sper sa se pastreze acest aspect. De asemenea, neavand si fermoar lateral, nu stiu cat de mare este deschderea pentru a ma incalta. As aprecia niste raspunsuri. Multumesc!
Raspuns: Draga Ana, iti multumim ca esti alaturi de noi! Blanita exterioara se pastreaza foarte bine, iar daca se intampla ca aceasta sa-si pierda din voluptate, o "readuci la viata" cu o simpla miscare energica pe toata suprafata. Pentru ce-a de-a 2-a intrebare, iti raspundem ca nu vei avea nicio problema la incaltarea acestor ghete. Daca vei avea vreo nemultumire cu privire la aceste ghete dupa primirea lor, te informam ca poti sa le schimbi la orice magazin cu factura si formularul de retur. Daca mai alte intrebari, suntem bucurosi sa-ti raspundem. Ganduri bune, Echipa Marelbo!

Spectaculoase!
Abia ce le-am comandat si abia astept sa le primesc! Arata foarte bine si sunt convinsa ca sunt asa cum ma astept sa fie. Sper ca acele sireturi elastice sa fie rezistente si sa nu-si piarda din elasticitate pe parcus. In rest, nu am temeri.
Raspuns: Draga Iulia, iti multumim pentru incredere si pentru comanda! Sireturile de tip elastic sunt foarte rezistente si durabile, prin urmare, nu ai motive de ingrijorare. Sa le porti cu bucurie! Toate cele bune, Echipa Marelbo
