Ghete cod 4120
Ghetele sunt impecabile, nu am decat cuvinte de lauda ptr echipa ce a lucrat la ele. Insa am intampinat cateva situatii ce tare mi-as dori sa se schimbe pentru clientii si prestigiul firmei pe viitor! Pe scurt: Am achizitionat o pereche de pantofi din magazinul fizic din Brasov; in acelasi timp am vazut o pereche de ghete in raft ce mi-au placut si am dorit sa le cumpar si pe ele insa nu era disponibil decat nr 45. Indrumat de vanzatoare precum ca daca la pantofi port 41 si la ghete va fi la fel am dat comanda online. Ajuns coletul am constatat ca am nevoie de nr 42, astfel am fost nevoit sa platesc 29 lei transportul ptr a schimba marimea. Am ramas cu un gust amar ptr acest cost suplimentar deoarece in oras sunt 2 magazine fizice si ar putea gasi variante ptr clientii care vor sa schimbe marimile in astfel de cazuri fara costuri aditionale; sa se tina cont ca nu se face retur cu returnarea banilor in cont.
